Responsibilities
- Enters work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces
- Reviews work orders to verify customer warranty claims
- Accurately enters data into corresponding fields within various software programs
- Completes warranty work for various vendors, specifically tracking items to ensure accuracy
- Acts as a backup to the Customer Service Representatives by assisting with taking overflow telephone calls during high call volume
- Works with Microsoft Office
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a relevant position desired
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred
- High School degree or equivalent required
- Ability to read, understand and perform standard procedures and work instructions
- Basic math and logic skills required
- Basic computer skills and software use (email, document prep, and spreadsheets) desired.
