In this role, the Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for high-volume data entry tasks, utilizing scanning equipment to convert paper documents into electronic formats. The clerk will process scanned documents in various formats and manage and organize files within the computer systems. Additionally, the role involves responding to email requests from clients and performing other related duties as assigned. The work environment promotes collaboration, with an open-door policy that encourages interaction with executives and consultation with peers, supervisors, and managers on case work. Responsibilities

  • Perform high volume data entry tasks.
  • Utilize scanning equipment to convert paper documents to electronic formats.
  • Process scanned documents in various formats.
  • Manage and organize files in computer systems.
  • Respond to email requests from clients.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of clerical, office, admin, or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and data entry skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word (data and typing skills will be tested).
  • High School Diploma or GED degree.
  • Must have less than one hour commute.
