About the position

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a meticulous and adaptable individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for processing confidential documents with efficiency and accuracy. The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced mailroom environment and adapt to current scanning processes are crucial for success in this position. You will participate productively as a member of a team, completing tasks beyond general support level, and accepting instruction and direction from leadership. This role requires you to manage tasks and assignments without detailed direction, identify, prioritize, and resolve some issues independently, while escalating more complex questions or issues appropriately. Compliance with contract requirements, business unit rules, and related legal regulations is essential. The position is based in an office environment located at 1350 North Parker Drive, Janesville, WI 53545. You will be expected to follow instructions and adhere to all policies and regulations. A basic understanding of Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Outlook and Word, is required, along with experience using 10 key number pads being preferred. The role demands the ability to adapt to change and work on assignments with limited instruction from leadership, proficiency in critical thinking skills, and attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining minimum speed requirements. You will also need to read and interpret basic to moderately complex documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
