About the position

Mental Health Outcomes is seeking a part-time, temporary Data Entry Clerk to support behavioral health care quality through data entry and customer service. This role involves verifying documents, tracking data, and correcting errors, contributing to the company's mission of improving clinical practice in behavioral health programs.

Responsibilities

• Verifies documents using Teleform software to ensure accuracy of data.
• Tracks total number of documents verified and hours spent on each on a weekly basis.
• Monitors, researches, and corrects scanning errors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry required.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Significant attention to detail required.
• Ability to focus on repetitive tasks required.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required.
