About the position

Mental Health Outcomes is seeking a part-time, temporary Data Entry Clerk with excellent data entry and customer service skills. This role is focused on verifying documents and ensuring the accuracy of data, contributing to the overall mission of supporting behavioral health care quality through clinical outcomes benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Verifies documents using Teleform software to ensure accuracy of data
• Tracks total number of documents verified and hours spent on each on a weekly basis
• Monitors, researches, and corrects scanning errors

Requirements

• High school diploma with some college preferred
• Experience in healthcare-related fields helpful
• Significant attention to detail required
• Must be able to focus on repetitive tasks
• Proficiency in data entry required
• Competency in Excel preferred
• Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required
