About the position

This role requires strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative functions and ensuring data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data into databases and QuickBooks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats.
  • Utilize Excel for data management, including the use of pivot tables and other advanced functions.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
  • Assist in generating reports and analyzing data as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, including experience with pivot tables and formulas.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Basic math skills for accurate data entry and verification.
