Responsibilities

• Greeting inbound customers at the front desk
• Answering inbound phone calls
• Entering orders in the QuickBooks system
• Handling and balancing the cash drawer daily

Requirements

• Customer service experience is a must-have
• QuickBooks experience is required
• Proficiency with basic computer programs is necessary
• A warm and friendly customer service personality is required
• Occasional lifting when warehouse staff is unavailable

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• A degree is not required but is a plus
• 5 years of customer service experience (preferred)
• 5 years of QuickBooks experience (preferred)
• 5 years of Microsoft Office experience (preferred)
• Spanish language proficiency (preferred)
