Requirements

• Customer service experience is a must-have
• QuickBooks experience is required
• Proficiency with basic computer programs
• A warm and friendly customer service personality is essential
• A degree is not required but is a plus

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• 5 years of customer service experience preferred
• 5 years of QuickBooks experience preferred
• 5 years of Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Knowledge of Spanish preferred
