About the position

As a Data Entry Clerk/Receptionist for Nefful USA Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clothing stores. This position is essential for managing front desk activities, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our database. You will be the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors, and your friendly and professional demeanor will set the tone for their experience with our company. In this role, you will greet and assist customers, answer and direct phone calls, and respond to inquiries about our products and services. Your responsibilities will include accurately entering and updating customer information, sales data, inventory records, and other relevant details into our computer systems. You will also support the inventory team by entering stock information, tracking inventory levels, and assisting with stocktakes. Maintaining and organizing both digital and physical files will be crucial, ensuring that all records are accurate and easily accessible. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
