Responsibilities

• Schedule on-site field visits for new installations and service work for field technicians.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets/databases to track field technician metrics.
• Provide support to field staff via phone and email to ensure successful operations.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience with dispatching or scheduling is strongly preferred.
• Experience in customer service is strongly preferred.
• Mastery of basic Windows computing is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, is mandatory.
• Strong typing skills are strongly recommended.
• Strong communication skills, both written and via phone, are mandatory.
• Ability to be flexible within specific guidelines is important.
• Follow through and attention to detail are important.
• Ability to multi-task is important.
• Punctuality and attendance are critical.
