The OCM Data Entry Clerk position is a temporary to permanent role within the OCM Operations department. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform data entry on received samples, ensuring that necessary data is accurately entered into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The position requires a high volume of data entry work, accurate input and updating of existing records, troubleshooting problems with incoming samples, and working with customers to resolve discrepancies or issues. Additional duties include answering telephones, routing calls, filing and sorting documents, and assisting in the sample receiving area as needed.
