• Conduct regular checks of customer credit applications, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records, updating any changes as necessary.
• Resolve any customer issues related to data entry, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with the team to improve data entry processes and systems, contributing to overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Data Entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience with data management systems and databases is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
