About the position

We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team based in New York, New York. This role is within the industry and requires a candidate who can thoroughly review and confirm parking regulation signs in various New York City locations. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing video footage captured by the team, focusing on parking signs along curbsides within New York City. The candidate will confirm the accuracy of parking regulation signs by comparing them to pre-developed maps in PDF format. If the video footage is not sufficient for confirming parking regulations, the clerk will undertake field surveys of curbsides within the city. Maintaining accurate records of all reviews and surveys conducted is essential, as well as collaborating with the team to ensure all data collected is accurate and up-to-date. The role also involves using basic office skills to manage and organize the data collected, reporting any discrepancies found during the review of footage or field surveys, and ensuring all tasks are completed within the set timelines and meet the required standards. The Data Entry Clerk will liaise with the relevant departments to resolve any issues that may arise during the data entry process and adhere to all company policies and procedures while carrying out their duties.

Responsibilities

Requirements
