The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for various tasks related to accounts receivable, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and efficiently. The role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, as well as experience in data entry and financial record-keeping. The Data Entry Clerk will be expected to complete accounts receivable check allocation, which involves processing payments and ensuring that they are applied to the correct accounts. Additionally, the clerk will review payment postings for accuracy, ensuring that account balances are current and that any discrepancies are resolved promptly. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of the company, as accurate data entry is critical for effective financial reporting and analysis. The position is a contract role with a start date as soon as possible and an assignment length of three months. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Candidates should be prepared to handle sensitive financial information with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy, as this role directly impacts the company's financial operations.

Requirements
