West Sound Workforce is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join a Kitsap based federal contractor who specializes in the design and construction of auxiliary and support ships for the US Navy. This position is crucial for maintaining the integrity of data within the organization, ensuring that all information is accurately entered and managed across various computer databases. The Data Entry Clerk will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible for entering data into different computer databases, managing and maintaining effective records, as well as organizing data to be entered into the computer. In addition, this position may perform general administrative tasks in support of the department as well. The ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy is essential to the success of this role. The Data Entry Clerk will be expected to input, cross-reference, and retrieve data from multiple internal databases, providing accurate and efficient data control support. Reporting discrepancies for reconciliation and solving potential data deficiencies will also be key responsibilities. This role is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills, as they will be handling sensitive and critical information that supports the operations of the company.
