About the position

DataFielder Inc, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Parsippany, NJ. This position is a contract role that requires the candidate to work onsite three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). The primary responsibility of the Data Entry Clerk will be to process and update contractor licenses and insurance documents, verify contractor statuses, and manage warranty registrations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our contractor database remains accurate and compliant with company policies and regulations. The Data Entry Clerk will perform various data entry tasks, both manually and through batch upload processes. The candidate will be responsible for verifying contractor statuses using the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website and monitoring contractor renewal statuses. Additionally, the Data Entry Clerk will send monthly updates to the sales team regarding contractor statuses. The role also involves collecting, organizing, and maintaining source documents, as well as verifying the accuracy of data entries and updating documents as necessary. Collaboration with other departments on data-related tasks and special projects will also be a key aspect of this position.
