About the position

The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting the financial team by ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining financial records. This position involves collaboration with various departments to facilitate consistent financial operations and assist in bookkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform account reconciliations and handle bookkeeping tasks.
  • Record financial transactions and post entries to relevant ledgers (e.g., in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, etc.)
  • Provide assistance in budget preparation and expense management activities.
  • Engage in continuous knowledge development in accounting principles, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee records and monitoring company assets.
  • Assist in the preparation of audits and provide pertinent documentations.
