About the position

The Data Entry Analyst position at eTeam Inc. involves providing clerical support for the IAO Foundry Change Management team. The role focuses on data entry and maintaining the cleanliness and accuracy of the Changescout platform, which is similar to Salesforce. The analyst will work independently and collaboratively to ensure data integrity and support various data collection and analysis tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for the IAO Foundry Change Management team.
• Maintain and clean the Changescout platform.
• Perform data entry and support the team in keeping the platform updated.
• Identify and drive the entry of projects across functional sites.
• Review and process information, approvals, and data entry of spending/invoices, purchase orders, change orders, and forecasting data into project cost tracking systems.
• Establish, monitor, and maintain associated project files/logs.
• Compile and complete reconciliations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience with Salesforce platforms.
• Change management experience preferred.
• Strong data entry and data collection skills.
• Good communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Changescout or similar platforms.
• Entry-level experience in data analysis.

Benefits

• Contract position with hourly pay of $19.00 - $20.00 per hour.
