Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data into Excel to maintain and update records
  • Manage and organize files efficiently to ensure easy access and retrieval
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly via email correspondence
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel to perform calculations and create reports
  • Utilize 10 Key Skills to enter data quickly and accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns
  • Regularly scan documents for digital record keeping
  • Ensure all data entry tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Use typing skills to create and update documents.

Requirements
