About the position

The Data Entry Clerk position at PriorityWorkforce involves processing orders and managing shipping logistics for a clothing company. The role requires attention to detail and proficiency in various shipping portals to ensure accurate and timely shipment of products. The clerk will work closely with the customer service team and other departments to meet shipping deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Logging the purchase order information on the trade stone portal
• Scheduling appointments and processing different types of shipments for LTL, UPS, and FedEx pickups
• Packing orders manually in different portals
• Data entry and routing customer POs through different portals
• Preparing and printing shipping labels corresponding to all accounts
• Creating UCC128 labels and documents for outgoing shipments (pick tickets, BOL's, ASN, and packing lists)
• Assisting the customer service team with order status
• Working with the distribution center and other departments across the organization to meet customer ship windows
• Reviewing guidelines for new accounts
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years' experience in logistics and customer service
• Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables), Word, and other MS Office applications, Outlook
• Experience working with FedEx, UPS, SPS, and other shipping portals
• Detail-oriented
• Team player
• High school diploma or college preferred
• Excellent written and organizational skills
• Bilingual (Spanish and English)

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microsoft Excel for 2 years (Preferred)
