About the position

GRAFF, a division of Meridian International Group, is a Milwaukee, Wisconsin area based global manufacturer and distributor of high-end, luxury kitchen and bath faucets, fixtures, and accessory products. We are seeking a detailed oriented, organized individual, who can provide a high level of professional customer service as an experienced Order Entry Clerk to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of order entry experience in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment. In this position you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing incoming orders in our ERP system and will also serve as back-up to our Customer Service Team as needed. The Order Entry Clerk will be able to adapt at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately, efficiently, and promptly process a high volume of incoming sales orders, including verifying order accuracy and completeness with attention to detail.
• Work with customers and internal staff to resolve order discrepancies and issues (Sales, Engineering, Warehouse, Marketing, and Accounting).
• Provide above average data entry, customer service, problem solving, follow up, and strong analytical skills.
• Serve as back up to Customer Service when necessary, including handling phone calls, issuing returns, credit/debit requests, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of order entry experience in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient technology and computer skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and CRM or ERP software systems for order entry.
• Proficient in basic math.
