About the position

The Data Entry Clerk position at AmeriStaff involves managing and inputting data into Excel templates for customer orders. The role is part-time, requiring proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and order creation.

Responsibilities

  • Help with order creation on Excel templates.
  • Work with multiple Excel documents, transferring and inputting data into fields.
  • Complete customer order templates that consist of multiple data fields, utilizing multiple data sources.

Requirements

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Vlookup formulas is a plus.
  • Well organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to complete tasks independently.

Benefits

  • Pay: $20.00 per hour
  • Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00am to 6:00pm
