About the position

Curemed Health is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Miami, FL. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and other essential data. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating patient information, medical records, and other data into the system. You will also review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, ensuring that all information is reliable and up to date. Additionally, you will maintain and organize electronic and physical files to ensure easy retrieval of information, assist in generating reports and compiling data for analysis and decision-making, and collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency across the organization. Handling confidential information with the utmost care and in compliance with company policies is also a critical aspect of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update patient information, medical records, and other data into the system.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data entry software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
