About the position

Robert Half is seeking meticulous Data Entry Clerks in the Ventura County area. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accurate and efficient input of data into the company's systems, maintaining the integrity and reliability of databases. The position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to precision, as well as collaboration with team members to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and efficient input of data into systems.
• Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Organize and manage electronic and paper files for accessibility.
• Collaborate with team members to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of reports by collecting and summarizing data.
• Uphold the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years' experience in data entry required.
• Proficient in Alpha-numeric and/or 10 Key by touch Data Entry.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, Donor Perfect, or another database.
