Responsibilities

• Accurately clean up and enter data fields to ensure complete information entry.
• Handle customer interactions occasionally, providing front desk support when required.
• Use Microsoft Excel for data tasks, including the application of formulas and V-lookups.
• Review and issue policies in specific states, making determinations on issuance.
• Conduct producer role audits to identify missing producer information on policies.
• Update missing demographic information, such as addresses, names, and phone numbers.
• Backfill administrative tasks, such as sorting mail, particularly when the admin team is away.
• Adapt and shift priorities as needed to support various team requirements.
• Verify producer information as part of the data entry process.
• Show proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
