Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer applications
  • Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy

  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account activity
  • Utilize software tools to gather and update customer information
  • Facilitate the review and compilation of data into spreadsheets

Requirements

  • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills
  • Prior experience in Customer Service
  • Ability to perform Data Entry tasks with accuracy
  • Familiarity with Email Correspondence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Experience in Organizing Files
  • Knowledge and experience in Scanning documents
  • Fast and accurate Typing skills
