About the position

The Data Entry professional will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within a digital database system during a temporary assignment in Memphis, TN. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry.
  • Conducting research to obtain information for incomplete documents and materials.
  • Reviewing documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.
  • Capturing data into digital database systems.
  • Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficient touch-typing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
  • Strong organizational skills.
