About the position

We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team in North Chesterfield, Virginia. This short-term contract role involves accurately inputting data from various sources into our database while maintaining confidentiality and precision.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data from PDF documents into the database, ensuring high levels of detail and accuracy
  • Guarantee the confidentiality and security of all data handled
  • Conduct scanning and printing tasks as requested
  • Maintain a steady work rate, managing multiple forms per day
  • Work autonomously without the use of personal devices during work hours
  • Utilize key skills such as customer service, data entry, email correspondence, and Microsoft Excel and Word to perform calculations, organize files, and manage typing tasks.

  • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills
  • Demonstrated ability in Customer Service
  • Proven experience in Data Entry
  • Ability to handle Email Correspondence effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in organizing files and documents
