• Process invoices and ensure they are properly organized in the system.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and track data.
• Utilize 10 key skills for efficient data entry and calculations.
• Handle customer service tasks by resolving customer inquiries via email correspondence.
• Organize files and documents for easy retrieval and reference.
• Perform scanning tasks to digitize physical documents.
• Use typing skills to ensure accurate and fast data entry.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Strong 10 Key Skills
• Previous experience in Data Entry
• Excellent customer service skills
