About The Position

The Data Entry Specialist at Lydia Security Monitoring Inc. is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining account data for alarm security dealers. Requirements

  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel sheets.
  • Ability to work responsibly with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to identify basic trouble issues and follow escalation processes.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as NFPA.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain account data for alarm security dealers.
  • Assist in eliminating conflicting dealer and customer notes.
  • Apply action plans, auto-processes, and event rules to streamline alarm signal processes.
  • Support dispatchers to respond quickly to emergency situations.
  • Identify and report conflicts in procedures, account data, and notes.
  • Learn and support UCC third party services to UCC Dealers.
  • Communicate professionally in both verbal and written formats.
