About the position

The San Ramon client is seeking a part-time Data Entry Specialist for a temporary project that requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks. This role involves working onsite and includes responsibilities such as reviewing records, performing data cleanup, verifying and creating records, and updating outdated or missing information on Salesforce. If any records do not exist, the specialist will be responsible for adding them to a separate spreadsheet. The position is structured to be part-time, specifically from Monday to Wednesday, with working hours from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Candidates must be comfortable navigating different screens and proficient in both Excel and Salesforce to effectively manage the data entry tasks required for this project.

Responsibilities

  • Review records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform data cleanup and verification tasks.
  • Create new records in Salesforce as needed.
  • Update outdated or missing information in Salesforce.
  • Add new records to a separate spreadsheet if they do not exist.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in data entry with Salesforce experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
