About the position
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the manufacturing industry, based in Lombard, Illinois. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing traffic image and video reviews, making initial approval or rejection decisions and handling daily supervisory confirms.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process traffic violations based on established procedures
- Regularly review and update the Supervisor Confirm file records, ensuring accurate visual match of vehicle make and lane
- Manually modify owner names and addresses exceeding 30 characters before confirmation
- Assist in reviewing violation records with difficult to acquire license plates via LexisNexis
- Communicate and identify effective strategies to enhance the operational process
- Regularly monitor and review customer service inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
- Efficiently manage customer applications, ensuring accurate data entry
- Maintain comprehensive customer credit records
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize files and perform calculations
- Ensure accurate scanning and typing of relevant documents.
Requirements
- Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is essential.
- Demonstrable experience in Customer Service is required.
- Proficiency in Data Entry is a must.
- Ability to handle Email Correspondence efficiently.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word is required.
- Demonstrable ability to Organize Files effectively.
- Ability to Perform Calculations accurately.
- Experience in Scanning documents is needed.
- Excellent Typing skills are required.
