The Inventory Specialist at General RV Center is responsible for managing inventory data entry and ensuring accurate documentation within a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities
- Performing data entry quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
- Responding to store manager requests in a timely manner.
- Transferring paper files into a digital document management system.
- Completing other duties as requested by management.
Requirements
- Associates Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior office experience is highly desired.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (VlookUp, Data Set extraction/filter, Pivot Table).
- Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Ability to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Professional appearance is a must.
