About the position

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin. This role involves maintaining the accuracy of our inventory data, processing data, and providing administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter a variety of data into databases, including supply and stock levels, key for inventory management
• Validate the accuracy of data, ensuring consistency in the data entered, and reconcile any discrepancies
• Handle numeric data entries using data tabulation techniques
• Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure all product information is current and accurate
• Regularly back up data to prevent loss, using data entry tools for handling high volumes of information
• Assist in generating inventory reports, liaising closely with the Inventory Manager and other team members
• Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in the inventory data
• Carry out other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is imperative for this role.
• Strong Customer Service skills are necessary to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Solid Data Entry skills, with the ability to enter, update, and verify data with high accuracy.
• Proficient in Email Correspondence, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required for document creation and data management.
• Experience in Organizing Files, ensuring information is easily accessible and well-maintained.
• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately and efficiently is a must.
• Experience in Scanning documents and integrating them into digital databases is necessary.
• Excellent Typing skills, with the ability to type quickly and accurately.
