About the position

ExcelHealth Group is seeking a detail-oriented team member to join our organization as a Data Entry Clerk. This full-time position involves entering health records into our electronic health records (EHR) system. The role is strictly in-office, with no options for remote or hybrid work. The office hours are Monday through Friday, starting between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. and concluding at 5:00 p.m. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering customer and account data by inputting both text-based and numerical information from source documents within established time limits. This position requires a meticulous approach to ensure data integrity and confidentiality, as well as the ability to manage priorities effectively. In this role, you will compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry. You will also be responsible for reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring that all data entered meets the required standards. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and management. This position is crucial for maintaining the quality of our health records and supporting the overall operations of ExcelHealth Group.

Responsibilities
