Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems
• Verify data accuracy and correct any inconsistencies or errors
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records and files
• Retrieve and process information as requested by management
• Assist with generating reports and compiling data as needed
• Follow company procedures to ensure data security and confidentiality
• Perform administrative tasks related to data entry and record-keeping
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent typing speed and data entry skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management systems
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required
