About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk for a temporary position at our Oklahoma City office. The role involves entering and updating information into company databases and systems, requiring a high level of accuracy and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and other systems
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies
  • Update existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Utilize 10 Key Skills to ensure accurate data input
  • Generate reports using Microsoft Excel as required
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Perform basic administrative tasks as needed to support the team

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in data entry tasks
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Skilled in email correspondence
  • Proficient in typing and performing calculations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • 10 Key Skills are necessary
  • Experience in organizing files and scanning documents
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Availability to work during standard business hours
  • High school diploma or equivalent
