About the position

Luli Fama, a leading designer of women's swim, resort, and active wear, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their team in Miami. The role involves entering and analyzing data to assist in determining production and shipping schedules, managing customer orders, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Entering customer orders in the system with appropriate details
• Entering bills, and payments in the system
• Organizing and scanning day-to-day documentation
• Manipulating files listing programmed shipments and merchandise stock
• Sending order reports as needed
• B2B portal management
• Organizing and maintaining e-mail customer database and store locator with up-to-date information
• Analyzing orders and advising customers of any suggested/required modifications
• Customer catalog management
• Ordering specific materials needed for special orders
• Generating/Modifying order related forms

Requirements

• 1 year experience in an apparel and data related position
• Team Player
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Full-time availability
• Organizational skills
• Microsoft Office savviness
• Strong Focus
• Communication skills
