About The Position
The Data Entry Clerk at MedPOINT Management is responsible for efficiently coordinating the upload of clinical service requests into the database. This role involves communication with IPA and Providers to ensure timely and accessible care for members, while adhering to company policies and procedures. The position reports directly to the Data Entry Lead and works under the guidance of the manager.
