About the position

Ford Hotel Supply Company, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Entry Clerk to join their St. Louis office. The primary responsibility of this role is to set up products for the company's website and inventory by researching, collecting, and accurately inputting product data. The ideal candidate will work independently, ensuring that all data is accurate and complete while maintaining effective communication with product vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform data collection by researching products in various computer systems
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop to resize and format images
• Communicate with product vendors to obtain information needed
• Maintain accurate and current product information in all systems
• Other responsibilities and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Proven data entry work experience
• Ability to multi-task and take on a variety of projects
• Ability to work between multiple departments keeping communications clear and organized
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel spreadsheets
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
• Availability Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 5pm
