About the position

In the role of Process Associate at Infosys BPM Limited, you will be tasked with executing transactions according to prescribed guidelines and timelines. This position requires adherence to predefined procedures to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets and ensure that performance parameters are consistently met. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of business activities, which includes detailed documentation on Agreements/Orders, exceptions, queries, outstanding problems, and necessary executive approvals as outlined by the Legal and Finance departments. A key aspect of this role involves managing customer communications in the agreed languages, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions. Your responsibilities will encompass reviewing and validating documents, processing bills, and conducting data analysis. You will also be expected to respond to complaints and queries via email and interact with vendors for effective order management. Supporting your team in daily operations reviews and assisting in escalation resolution will be crucial to meeting service level agreement targets for the specific processes you handle. You will be required to deliver on new processes and approaches to meet both client and internal goals while adhering to compliance standards set forth by the organization. As a Process Associate, you will serve as backup support to your colleagues and are encouraged to suggest more efficient methods for processing work. This role offers an opportunity to learn new areas for potential future ownership, making it a dynamic position within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 6 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Administration and organizational skills.
  • Written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and tasks.

Nice-to-haves
