About the position

We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to contribute to our team in Reno, Nevada. As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary tasks will involve data entry for the airline industry, handling confidential information that needs to be transferred from their system into the FAA database. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The role requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency in processing customer credit applications and managing confidential documents. You will be responsible for ensuring that all data is entered accurately into the FAA database, maintaining precise customer credit records, and handling high-volume data entry tasks with great attention to detail. Regular use of Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis is essential, along with effective email correspondence for communication and coordination. You will also be expected to leverage your 10 Key Skills for efficient data entry operations, resolve customer inquiries related to data entry, monitor customer accounts, and ensure that all data entry tasks are completed within the given timeframes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience with high-volume data entry
  • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills
  • Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently and professionally
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational level
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a reliable internet connection for remote work (if applicable)
