About the position

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to assist our client's team in managing a high volume of data entry tasks related to unclaimed property. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate data management and will involve various responsibilities that contribute to the overall efficiency of the team. The position offers competitive compensation at a rate of $23.94 per hour over a 6-month contract period. The work schedule is set from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a stable work environment with regular hours. In this role, the Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting inventory sheet data into designated systems, including the unclaimed property system and Salesforce. The clerk will also create certified mail labels and prepare pre and post-drill notifications, which are essential for maintaining communication and documentation. Additionally, the role involves scanning and filing documents to ensure that all records are organized and easily accessible. The Data Entry Clerk will assist with general backlog reduction for the Escheat Safe Deposit Box function, which is vital for maintaining the integrity of the data and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong attention to detail and are comfortable handling confidential information. The Data Entry Clerk will play a key role in supporting the team and ensuring that all data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
