About the position
The Data Entry Clerk position at COCRS focuses on customer support and order processing within the title company industry. The role involves handling property tax and HOA documentation, responding to customer service requests, and interacting with vendors. The position requires a fundamental understanding of the title process and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer service requests and interact with vendors, typically county and similar government agencies.
- Process customer documentation requests using internal systems.
- Utilize existing systems to allow management to view activities without interfering with primary activities.
- Participate in weekly individual and staff meetings for direction and assistance.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (specifically Outlook and Teams).
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM/Sales/Service software.
- Ability to modify PDFs using Adobe Acrobat.
- Understanding of processes and ability to suggest improvements.
- Strong time management skills to meet customer needs without mistakes.
- Flexibility to learn and adapt to changing software and processes.
- Experience in the Title Company industry, specifically with property tax and HOA documentation.
- Strong history in administrative and/or customer service roles.
Nice-to-haves
- Proven high customer satisfaction ratings in previous positions.
- Experience in implementing or assisting in process improvements and efficiencies.
- Ability to solve problems beyond normal job expectations.
