Total Transportation & Distribution is seeking an entry-level Data Entry Clerk to join their operations team in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The role involves inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in computer systems and databases, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and efficiency. The Data Entry Clerk will support the customer service and dispatch departments, ensuring a smooth paperwork flow and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry tasks with precision and speed
• Enter customer orders accurately into the system
• Enter customer information accurately into the system
• Maintain and update databases with new information
• Handle and maintain efficient paperwork flow and filing

Requirements

• Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate data entry
• Strong typing skills to input data quickly and efficiently
• Experience with order entry processes is a plus
• Familiarity with databases and systems used for data entry
• Ability to transcribe information accurately
• Knowledge of Excel is a must
• Heavy phone experience (plus)
• Type 30 WPM
• Bilingual-Spanish (must)
• Transportation industry experience
