About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining company data. Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
  • Verify the accuracy of information and correct any discrepancies
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical records
  • Prepare reports and summaries as needed
  • Assist in data analysis and ensure consistency in information entry
  • Follow data privacy and security guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in data management is a plus
