About the position

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in processing a significant volume of registration renewals, approximately 200,000 each year. This position does not require prior industry knowledge, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped to handle the responsibilities. Your primary focus will be on cultivating relationships with DMVs and trusted vendors, which is essential for maintaining effective partnerships across the industry. You will operate within both external and internal systems and technologies to manage processing and communication effectively. Your responsibilities will include adhering to detailed methods of tracking to ensure that fleet vehicles are legally on the road with the proper licenses and registrations. You will be assigned to one of several working groups, and flexibility is key, as you may be reassigned to different teams as needed to optimize customer satisfaction. Specific tasks will involve printing title, registration, and tax documents based on various criteria, including owner details, state regulations, and specific client or vehicle instructions. You will also be responsible for assigning ownership to ensure compliance with state and county statutes. In addition, you will identify, analyze, and research to resolve any state, county, and province license and title rejections or questions related to title, registration, and tax. You will create, update, and adjust print positions on forms through Forms Definition and order duplicate Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSOs) directly from manufacturers' websites, following up until they are received. This role is integral to ensuring that all processes are completed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
