Responsibilities

  • Scan and Digitize Documents: Operate scanning equipment to convert hard-copy documents into electronic files, ensuring proper sequencing and quality for readability and completeness.
  • Organize and Classify Digital Files: Follow file naming conventions and organize digital files within designated folder structures to align with client specifications.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare documents for scanning by removing any obstructions, arranging them for accurate recordkeeping before and after scanning.
  • Quality Control: Regularly check scanned documents for accuracy, and re-scan files as needed.
  • Data Entry and Indexing: Input document details into the client's database, ensuring precise indexing for easy retrieval.
  • Maintain Document Security and Confidentiality: Handle all documents securely, following privacy policies to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work with the team to manage workflow and report technical issues or resource needs.
