Catholic Charities of Southern Colorado (CCSoCo) is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. For over 80 years, CCSoCo has been committed to serving marginalized communities within the Diocese of Pueblo, which spans 29 counties in Southern Colorado. Our agency offers 15 evidence-based programs aimed at stabilizing and strengthening families, employing a two-generation approach to alleviate poverty. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our data systems, specifically by entering and managing data within our Salesforce platform. This position is essential for ensuring that our programs operate smoothly and effectively, allowing us to continue our mission of service to the community. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data from various sources into the agency's Salesforce system. This includes reviewing data for accuracy and completeness, proactively reaching out to staff for clarification on discrepancies, and performing tasks with minimal supervision. You will need to demonstrate strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize your workload to meet deadlines. Effective communication with team members and other departments is vital to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Additionally, you will handle sensitive information with confidentiality, adhering to the organization's privacy policies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently. You will be expected to possess a working knowledge of data entry or a similar role, particularly with Salesforce or other CRM systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. This position is full-time and requires you to work onsite in Pueblo, CO, within a professional office environment.
