Responsibilities

• Accurately processing customer credit applications related to real estate and property transactions
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to manage and organize files
• Performing calculations related to customer applications and transactions
• Managing email correspondence with customers and team members
• Utilizing 10 Key Skills for efficient data entry and record-keeping
• Responsible for scanning and digitizing relevant documents and records
• Typing and data entry tasks as required for the role
• Ensuring all customer data and records are kept confidential and secure.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in data entry and email correspondence
• Strong 10-key skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform calculations accurately
• Experience in organizing files and scanning documents
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Familiarity with the real estate and property industry is a plus
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
